About Team ROC
TEAM ROC is you can start your journey to train with the best for local competitions and eventually strive to be on American Ninja Warrior or American Ninja Warrior Junior. We already have coaches who have been on American Ninja Warrior and team kids who have been on American Ninja Warrior Junior. We must be doing something right!
Interested in joining Team ROC?
If you’re interested in TEAM ROC, the first step is to attend one of our regular classes or an open gym. The key to being on the TEAM is being coachable and seeing progress between each session. The progress doesn’t need to be perfect but if it’s trending upward, then we are on the right path.
