 May is Mental Health Month! We know that physical fitness and mental fitness go hand in hand and WISC is here to help! Introducing our “Strong Mind, Strong Body” Fitness Center Package.

Now through September 1st, pay only $75 for access to the Fitness Center ($160 value).

We want our community to be happy and healthy and we strive to keep wellness within everyone’s reach. 

 The 2013 outdoor 7-a-side adult league is taking place again this summer at the Warhill Sports Complex in Williamsburg. The league is set to start the weekend of June 14. Games will take place on Friday and Saturday evenings. Each team is guaranteed 10 games. High school players/teams are eligible to play in these leagues. Details for the league are listed below.

What: WISC Summer 7-a-side League at Warhill

When: June 14 - August 3

Times: 5pm-10pm

Divisions: Men’s A, Men’s B Gold, Men’s B Silver One (Coed Team), Men’s B Silver Two (HS and College Age)

Where: Artificial Turf Field (Multi Use Field #4) and potentially some games at JCC Rec Center 1-2 Weekends
