What is Power Performance?

Power Performance is a unique program that offers athletes to receive an individualized strength and conditioning program tailored specifically to them while offering a group training environment. Workouts are tailored through a software called Teambuildr to the needs of each individual and goals will be established. This will help hold each other accountable and ensure everyone is continuing to progress towards their best selves.

How it works?

  • Athletes complete a full assessment evaluating fundamental areas including their power, speed, agility, strength and conditioning. 

  • Athletes then recieve their own strength and conditioning program through Teambuildr that they can work on in each session with our Strength and Conditioning Coach. It also provides them with opportunity to do workouts at home if they miss class for unforeseen reasons, or are extra motivated

  • Sessions are one hour long and run every hour after school from 4-7pm Monday through Friday. 

  • Athletes learn the ABC's of training. A day's focus on athletes coordination, stability, mobility, aerobic or anaerobic conditioning and endurance. B days focusing on their strength, stability, and mobility through compound lifts and plyometrics. C days to focus on their sport specific needs and goals as well as all the little pieces that make someone a good athlete like balance, core strength, and functional patterns.

 

How much does it cost?

Sessions can be purchased individually or as a package.

Individual Power Performance Session - $30

8 session Power Performance Package - $200

Unlimited Monthly Pass - $120 (member rate) / $200 (non-member rate)
