Booking a Birthday Party
* To book a party, a parent will need to fill out a WISC Birthday Party reservation form. This can be done in person at WISC or over the phone.
* A non-refundable $50 deposit is required. Your reservation will be secured ONLY AFTER the deposit has been paid.
* A waiver must be signed by a parent or guardian for each guest.
* Please – no outside food and drinks.
* Only parents of the birthday child may participate in the activity portion of the party.
* Please call in advance for times and availability.
