WISC offers a variety of programs for kids and adults ranging from 18 months – Seniors. Below is a brief description of each of our programs. To get more information on each program just click program title.
Adult Soccer
We have 4 indoor adult leagues and an outdoor 7-a-side league in the summer.  The indoor leagues run year round and we offer the following divisions:  Coed>35 league on Mondays, a Wallace A-league on Tuesdays, a Men’s B Gold League on Wednesdays and Men’s B Silver on Thursdays.  You get 8 games plus playoffs.  Â
We also a 7-a-side league in the summer that takes place on the artificial turf fields outside WISC in the Warhill Park. Those games take place on Friday and Saturday evenings from 5pm-11pm. Finally we offer an Adult Soccer Tournament in December each year. For info email cscrofani@thewisc.com
Youth Soccer
WISC offers a variety of programs for youth. For ages 2-5 we have the 1st Touch Soccer Academy. For ages 6-13 we offer a Fall, Winter, Spring and Summer Rec League as well as Acadmey Skill Clinics at various times throughout the year. We also offer a travel leagues and tournaments in the winter and Academy Soccer camps in the summer.Â
Field Hockey
WISC offers a Winter Indoor High School League from February-May each year on Sunday afternoons/evenings. The league is very popular and is going into its 11 year. We offer a High School A division and a High School B division. We also host an annual High School indoor tournament in December.Â
Gymnastics
The WISC Gymnastics Center (WGC) mission is to provide a strong foundation for children to help develop their natural abilities in a fun, safe, and encouraging environment. We strive to offer the highest quality gymnastics and tumbling programs for boys and girls of all ages. Our goal is to develop happy, healthy, well-rounded children with strong self-esteem and great confidence. We have a state-of-the art facility with top of the line competition quality equipment. We also have a full line of preschool-friendly equipment for our younger participants.

Flag Football
WISC offers a flag football league for youth in the Fall and Spring. WISC is currently looking to start an adult flag football league. For information contact Chris Scrofani at cscrofani@thewisc.com
Summer Camps
WISC offers a school age summer camp and preschool summer camp through our WISC Kids Club. Each year this program continues to grow as we are able to provide children with a summer camp experience that is second to none. The growth we have experienced in the last few years speaks for itself. So come see for yourself what the buzz is all about.Â
With the continuing development of our programs here at WISC, we are able to offer a variety of sport camps and clinics. We have selected the most qualified directors for each sport. With our superior facilities and staff your child is sure to have positive and enjoyable camp experience.Â
Fitness
WISC Fitness is committed to providing our members with a comfortable, spacious workout environment staffed with friendly people and top of the line equipment. Our facility hosts over 12,000 sq. ft. of brand new, state of the art Life Fitness cardio and circuit strength equipment as well as a free weight area by Hammer Strength. WISC Fitness is also the first fitness center in Williamsburg to feature a youth strength gym designed for children ages 8-14. The WISC Fitness Center provides an opportunity for every individual and family to be involved in health and fitness; no matter your age or physical ability. WISC Life Camps
WISC Life Football Camp will offer athletes an opportunity to work on the development of various athletic skills,speed enhancement and character building.
