WISC Fitness is committed to providing our members with a comfortable, spacious workout environment staffed with friendly people and top of the line equipment. Our facility hosts over 12,000 sq. ft. of brand new, state of the art Life Fitness cardio and circuit strength equipment as well as a free weight area by Hammer Strength. WISC Fitness is also the first and only fitness center in Williamsburg to feature a youth strength gym designed for children ages 8-14. In addition, we offer innovative and fun group fitness and Boot Camp classes. Our new WISC Fitness Center provides an opportunity for every individual and family to be involved in health and fitness; no matter your age or physical ability. We have something for you!!

Boot Camp Classes

You'll experience a fun-filled, athletic based exercise program, designed to improve full body strength and all around conditioning. Each of the sessions offered throughout the year includes an Active, Dynamic Warm-Up, Energy System Development and Strength Training. Boot Camp is only as intense as you make it! Classes are instructed by our certified trainers and are geared toward all fitness levels.

Fun Fit Boot Camp: Ages 8 - 14

This class is designed to put the FUN in FITNESS. Our new Fun Fit Boot Camp class incorporates the state of the art Hoist Kids strength circuit line designed to teach strength training for kids age 8 to 14. Our brand new program utilizes user-friendly muscle toning and cardio equipment to both encourage and motivate children while introducing them to innovative and fun new ways to exercise. This class is ideal for developing active children by combining strength, cardio, flexibility and other fun fitness skills that will offer a firm foundation for future physical fitness.

Athletic Enhancement Training Program

Our Athletic Enhancement Training programs are designed to supplement the coaching that athletes receive at practice. We don't focus on specific skills-we focus on improving the overall athlete. Our staff delivers a training regimen that enhances an athlete's speed, power, agility, flexibility, coordination, balance and much more.

Performance Training

Performance training includes a thorough evaluation, which helps establish an appropriate exercise regimen tailored specifically for each individual. These exercise routines can be carried out with one of our trained Performance Specialists, or translated into a 6 week home program.

About Our Team

Tina Keasey
Tina Keasey A.T.,C., C.S.C.S. is the Fitness Director for WISC Fitness. Tina Acquired her B.A. in Exercise Science with a concentration in fitness from Christopher Newport University (CNU). Tina is a Licensed/Certified Athletic Trainer (A.T.,C.) and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (C.S.C.S.). She was the Assistant Strength Coordinator and Assistant Athletic Trainer at CNU for seven years. Tina Has Worked with 2001 Junior Olympics, 2003 Senior Olympics, and 2002-2003 NCAA Track and Field Championships.

Robert Shoop
B.S., C.S.C.S, USAW, ISSA-SSC is the Assistant Director of WISC Fitness. Robert received his B.S. in Kinesiology from the University of North Texas. Robert has previously worked with the NHL’s Dallas Stars, Sentara Norfolk General, Velocity Sports Performance, and has experience preparing college football athletes for the NFL combine. For the past 2 years, he was the Assistant Speed, Strength & Conditioning Coach at The College of William & Mary for 12 Division I teams and also designed the speed program for Tribe Football. Robert is a USAW Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and is a Specialist in Sports Conditioning from the ISSA.
