Saturday Circuit18 yrs & up, CoedThis group training class is geared towards any individual looking to improve his or her general fitness. The format of this class consists of various stations in which participants will focus on strength training, core, cardio, etc. Each station is allotted a certain amount of time, allowing participants to work at a weight and intensity level that is comfortable for them throughout the duration of that rotation.
